"Hello all, This post is for the Gamma Project developed by Justin Maguire. I've been working for 1.5 months now and it's been a revelation for me. It's by far the most comprehensive online training program I tried.. The unique thing of the program is the biofeedback of your own body. Working with biomarkers (heart rate variability and fasting bloodglucose) gives me more insight in when to step on the gas or hit the brakes. Even though Im a trainer/ therapist myself I always see the weaknesses in my own program. Its nicer when someone else with more experience is responsible for the programming. No need to second guess the program only read and execute it. Early in the morning I send my measurements and within minutes I get an answer, the program and my diet. Whenever I text Justin with questions regarding my training, diet or supplements, in minutes he'll text back. One of the things that strikes me most is the increased sensation and awareness in my body. Sessions are sharper, there is more awareness during the sessions and more focus throughout the day. Sometimes you simply feel that there is no energy, but you hear the tiny voice in your head that you need to train. Sometimes for the better, more for the worse. I have often noticed when training when I dont feel like training, I get less from my training in general. Less intent, less focus, less drive. Now that I work with HRV and blood glucose measurements, the quality of training has gone up rapidly. I recommend everybody to work with his program because you will learn a lot more about your body. Whether you want to become leaner or become more muscular you will not regret this program. Thanks bud!"
"On 3rd Feb 2012, while skiing at Whistler, another skier ran into me from behind, breaking both bones in my lower right let and breaking my right shoulder in two places. I was in a wheelchair for over 4 months and was unable to walk without crutches for over a year. Four operations and two years later, I was finally ready to start down the road to recovery. The help and support I received with Justin Maguire meant that my surgeon signed me off a full 3 months earlier than he had expected. He was going to prescribe 3 months of physiotherapy. Instead, he told me to keep doing whatever I had been doing as my recovery had been remarkable fast. 'Whatever I had been doing' was receiving personal training from Justin. Just look at me now."
What do you feel that you have achieved:
Like lots of guys, I was in search of the holy grail of dropping body fat AND building muscle size for that muscular lean look. Having wasted year after year achieving one or the other but mostly neither, I have dropped body fat from 26% to 12% and added several kg of muscle, all in the space of a few months. Yes it is possible, but you need to know what you are doing. Justin inspires total confidence in his methods.
What have you learned:
Working with UP has transformed my dietary habits – I cannot actually remember what I ate before I met Justin! I have learnt how to shop, prepare, and eat in a way that is healthy and sustainable. For this alone I am hugely grateful. I also got to learn about my personality type. Justin identified in me early on a very strong work ethic and accordingly he pushed me hard from the word go. He consistently gets more out of me than I ever thought possible.
What's next for you:
6 months on i am still training with UP. I have achieved so much already but in many ways the journey has only just started. I would be mad to stop now. Meanwhile, I recently got my sister to start training with Justin too. It’s wonderful to see her outlook change now that I’m a veteran!
What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
I cannot recommend Justin, highly enough. Everything about the set up shouts excellence and professionalism. It is not cheap but worth every penny especially if you are prepared to give it everything. Aside from his vast knowledge, with Justin I know I have someone who cares as much (and sometimes more!) about my goals as I do.
"I have been training with Justin for 12 weeks now and under his guidance I have made a lot of progress. My body fat has decreased from just over 26 per cent to 16 per cent in the 12 week period, with my muscle mass remaining the same, proving I have and am losing fat all the time. As I continue to train with Justin I feel confident in reaching my new goal of less than 10 per cent body fat. With regards to training itself, Justin pushes me hard each session but always looks at how I move to ensure that I complete full range of movements with each exercise, and if necessary willget me on the massage bench to work out any niggles I may have. "Having been working on my own with a local PT here in Istanbul I was looking for somebody to review my eating & training plan with a view to making sure I was on the right track. I managed to get an appointment to speak to Justin on Skype and having sent him a document with all my details and food diary we then spent an hour on the phone. I learned that my physical limits far exceed what I once believed to be true. I have also learned to take responsibility for my physical and mental state and to have higher standards for myself.

What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
That the money spent with Justin was one of the most worthwhile investments I have ever made. It’s not cheap, but if you put the level of effort in that the price tag deserves, you can make long standing, wholesale changes to your physical and mental wellbeing that will serve you in all aspects of everyday life.
What do you feel that you have achieved:
My goal was improved fitness and I can see increased definition overall, my arms actually fill the sleeves of my t-shirts. My strength has measurably increased, and I am now able to work confidently with free weights. And my posture has improved! Because my trainer Justine prepares my programme in advance, I always know exactly what I am doing in the gym each day, so my time is used to the best effect, without having to spend hours.
What have you learned:
I have always eaten well, but since my trainer emphasizes nutrition with some supplementation, I have started eating even better.
What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
With a small degree of effort, you will definitely see results. I would definitely recommend to anyone at any level – my boss has booked her first visit, to happen shortly!

If you are willing to commit to the discipline and time required this is an excellent experience. I was serious about rewriting my training program and wanted to improve my physique. Justin has educated me in how to train and how to maintain a healthy body (and mind). I have really enjoyed the additional focus. The sessions have been purposeful and hard work yet at the same time enjoyable. The whole atmosphere is supportive, there is a community feel with a shared interest in getting results for all involved.

"They say some have to reach a point in their lives when they hit rock bottom or there is something so profound that happens which triggers a catalyst for change. For me it was when I was out shopping (because none of my clothes fit any more) I remember trying on clothes in one of those dressing rooms where there are mirrors completely encircling you 360 degrees and caught sight of the folds of fat in my back, the size of my rear, and my protruding gut. It was like someone came and slapped me across the face with a reality stick. I knew I need to make a change and make it now! When I first met Justin or 'J' as I like to call him, he seemed a bit imposing given the sheer size of him! I remember thinking, 'this guy is going to pummel me', which truthfully is what I needed. The first week of training with J was such hard work, that after each session I would go accross the street from the gym, sit on a bench in the square and rest with my head in my hands for half an hour to 45 minutes. I physically did not have the dexterity to drive my motorbike home without fear of crashing; and when I did make it home, I would immediately sleep for a couple hours to recuperate, but I kept coming back for more. I could tell that J knew his stuff, and that I would see results if I stuck with it. And stick with I did and the results became apparent from the second week onwards and have been non-stop ever since. When I stared working out with Justin, I had been away from exercise for a good three to four years and it showed. I was tipping the scales at just over 200 lbs (92kg) and sporting 38in waist. That may not sound like much, but for an ex-dancer who's always been 145/150 lbs (65kg) with a 29/30in waist, that's a drastic difference. With the help, support and dedication of Justin, I have now reached a lean 72kg with a 30in waist, and gained some solid muscle as well. My strength has also increased, from not being able to do one pull up to be multiple and from not being able to do one dip unassisted again to being able to to do multiple. Although the workouts are challenging they are also fun and I have learnt heaps. Justin is a living testament to the fact that you can work hard, be professional and still have fun, even on legs day. Justin has a unique way of building a strong relationship with his clients, based on trust and an understanding of their specific needs. There is no one that I trust more than Justin, and I know that if I go to him with a problem he will always come up with a unique solution. If something is not working he adapts it to something more suitable to help you achieve your goals. He shows a genuine interest in my well-being and makes sure that I have the tools (knowledge and skills) needed to continue to maintain my results and a solid foundation on which to continue to build going forward. And although we do have fun while working out that's not to say that Justin is a pushover. He tells it like it is, and doesn't let you get away with trying to cheat, all with a smile of course!"

"I went to Justin after a few years of a very unhealthy lifestyle, both nutritionally and physically. One look at Justin was sufficient to convince me that he was the man I was looking for to help me achieve my goal of body transformation. He clearly walked the walk, and after a brief consultation it became clear that he also knew exactly what he was talking about. I signed up and spent the next 6 weeks getting mauled into shape and capitalising on his encyclopaedic knowledge of nutrition, hypertrophy and body mechanics in between brutal sets. I am naturally curious, and Justin always answered my questions in a manner that showcased both his nuanced understanding of and extreme passion for all things body composition-related. His intensity and focus during my training was such that I could not help but emulate it, which resulted in a considerably more challenging and beneficial training programme than any I had previously undertaken. No one can convince me that a layman without world-class understanding of training could get similar benefits working out alone as they could with someone like Justin there to guide their progress, correct subtle flaws in technique, and encourage and motivate them throughout their training. I used to work out a few years ago, and my experience with Justin made me realize that whilst the generic programmes you come across on bodybuilding sites are better than nothing, they really don’t compare with getting real help from experts. I have now completed my 6-week programme and have signed up for another 6. I feel more energetic and lighter on my feet. I am stronger, more muscular and leaner than I have ever been, and look like a different person. In order to perform at his best in the NABBA Central British Championship, Justin was subsisting on the kind of diet that most people not only wouldn’t, but couldn’t endure. He then went off, won his competition, and resumed training as normal. That’s a day in life of Justin. Training with Justin at UP is something I have never experienced elsewhere before. Justin is a highly knowledgeable personal trainer, everything is followed very closely he makes me feel as if what I'm doing is important to him too, he is a very cool giant with his heart in his hands.. But having said that You will be pushed beyond belief, broken down into pieces and will be stretched (not only physically). Sweating, pain, screaming and swearing are all part of the package. But the results I have attained in terms of strength gain and physical transformation speak for themselves. Go and train there ONLY if you are ready to get RESULTS that you never thought was possible before.
"Justin really knows his stuff, an imposing man mountain of a man, to begin with I was a little shocked and tentative with the amount of supplements I had to introduce to my diet and the change of eating habits plus the volume of food was a shock to the system. However giving up booze was surprisingly easier than I expected, simply for the reason that I was investing such money into acquiring my desired shape, these sacrifices had to be made. It was a complete education, a change in approach to diet, supplementation and the workout itself, made me make gains very quickly, Justin wouldn't let me slack at all, always pushing me to get the most out of our time together, with a protein/glutamine shake on hand at the finish, to replenish my body before showering.
